One of my recent favorite worship songs is “Everlasting God”. After paying close attention to the lyrics, I realized that the song came from the following bible verses.
Isaiah 40:28-31
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isn’t it good to know that our God is the everlasting God? He reigns forever and he lifts us up on wings like eagles! May you find the verses just as cool as I did and be encouraged!
PS. Yes, I am asking the junior high girls to memorize this LONG passage with me by 3/2. :p Ahhhh yes, I am happy to report back that I just got the above passage down today. Way earlier than 3/2. Now, I just need to work on retaining this in my little brain. Hehe. ;)
PPS. I am so blessed that not only the girls are memorizing the Bible verses with me, few friends are joining in too. Not bad huh?! :)

What’s up?
My company got merged with a new company at the beginning of this year. There are certainly lots of changes coming my way. Although things are SOOOoo unclear right now, God has been good. I know that whatever happens, God is in control. I am just waiting to see where God is leading me next.
The 1st wave of reduction in work force is happening right now. So far, I am okay as my functional area is scheduled to be the 3rd wave. We will know new management’s decision by Mar 15. This means in few weeks, I will know whether I will be offered a job here, a job in RTP North Carolina, or a severance package. Anything is possible but you know, it is just so good to know that my hope is not in my job but my God. :)
Stay tuned for more work saga. Yes, prayers will be appreciated. Please also remember Mimi and Andrea as they also work with me. ;)
